These two-week courses are for teachers who want to improve, refresh and expand the scope of their English teaching skills, at the same time as updating their own English. We aim to give teachers practical ideas, skills and techniques which they can apply to their own teaching situation.
The course offers:
- 30 lessons (22.5 hours) English tuition, workshops and activities per week
- 2-12 students per class *
Requirements:
- Intermediate level of English and above
- Minimum age 21 years
- 2 week course
This course includes:
- Free social programme! Activities two evenings a week, a Thursday afternoon workshop and a sports session!
- Free pre-course questionnaire and pre-course e-learning study plan.
- First day TSE welcome pack and TSE student card.
- Guided tour of Totnes.
- Weekly guided study and e-learning sessions with a teacher.
- Monthly tutorials, progress tests and advice on language learning.
- End of course certificate.
- Free Tandem Partnership with a local person learning your language (subject to availability).
- Free computer access and WIFI connection for laptops.
* For only 1 student you will join our Standard English course in the mornings with 5 one-to-one lessons in the afternoons per week in teaching-related topics.
